Due to the intimate and/or costume nature of Douglas Clothing Shop designs ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds will be issued.

 

If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the SAME STYLE in a DIFFERENT SIZE so long as the item is unworn and odor free. We allow ONE EXCHANGE per order and the exchange will be FINAL. If items are sent to Douglas Clothing Shop  without prior authorization of exchange, said items will be sent back. All shipping costs are incurred on the customer in the event of an exchange, no return labels will be given.

All UNDERGARMENTS (jocks, slings, thongs and underwear) and SWIMWEAR are final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to NY State Law regarding hygiene. 

There will be an additional $30.00 domestic and $40.00 international servicing charge invoiced to you for return shipping.

If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or for some reason you have received a wrong item please contact elastomer8@gmail.com and we will be very happy to assist you the next working day. The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Taiwantime. Emails are responded to during the working hours. If you email us outside the working hours you will responded to the next available working day.
